Oracle HRMS Lead
Position requires 100% travel.
Up to $120K
Responsibilities: -Serve as the Oracle HRMS team lead. -Oversee and participate hands-on with all functional aspects of the project, lead other business analysts in the implementation of Oracle HRMS, and have responsibility for the implementation of at least one module. -Be involved in the full lifecycle of the implementation including requirements gathering, analysis, design specifications, set-up and functional testing. -Act at a senior level with high interaction with clients and team members to guide, assist, and develop project plans and all functional aspects of the project including issue resolution. -Work with the technical lead to bridge between the technical and functional staff. -Determine which deliverables have been completed, which need special attention, problem resolution in completion of deliverables, and maintaining that deliverable are within scope. -Determine which deliverables are complete and ready for client invoicing. -Create status reports on activity of functional and technical staff. -Completion and assistance with analysis documents, technical change reporting, and client-to-consultant correspondence.
Qualifications: -Ability to travel 100%. -MUST have a full and in-depth understanding of the Oracle HRMS suite. -Expertise with multiple Oracle HRMS modules, from the functional perspective, which should be at least 4 of the following: HR, Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB), Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Oracle Learning Management (OLM), iRecruiting, and Business Intelligence (BI / Oracle Analytics). -MUST have full lifecycle expertise with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HRMS -Excellent verbal and communication skills -Government/public sector experience is a plus
